All sessions begin at 11:00 AM Pacific. Sessions usually fall on the third Thursday of each month except December (Dec 10).

How the sessions work

Each episode is a conversation-focused, 60-minute session. Suggested structure: 5 min welcome, 10 min personal stories, 20 min theme discussion, 10 min practical examples, 10 min audience Q&A, 5 min final takeaways. Episodes emphasize stories and practical actions attendees can use.
