Moore Logging, a family business founded in Winter Harbour on Vancouver Island in 1928. The company’s closure put 25 people out of work, “the next nail in [Winter Harbour’s] coffin,” according to Lasure.

Lasure’s suggested future changes to the current regulatory environment is must reading for anyone interested in the sustainability of BC’s logging contractors.
