Rural Youth

Many rural communities struggle to retain their young people and find it equally challenging to attract young newcomers to their towns and regions.

Or are there ways these communities can turn the demographic tide, providing local young people with persuasive reasons to stay, and youthful urban creatives incentives to consider a move?

We tackle this issue, sharing youth retention and attraction challenges and successes, from here in BC and further afield.
